Dr Edward Nigma's Riddles!

I am here to teach you all why I will always be smarter than you, I will be posting numerous riddles and if anyone can get it before I release the answer then I will reward you with a cash prize for being unlike all the other inhabitants of Liberty City... who generally have an IQ lower than 50. Now of course you won't get the answer which will prove my point being that I am smarter than all of you and that Liberty City is a growing population of parasites...... Let's proceed with the riddle.

Riddle:

A horse travelled a certain distance.
2 of his legs travelled 20 miles
His other 2 legs travelled 21 miles.

How?

It walked in a circle all day. Because the outside legs were further from the center they travelled farther.

Note: I was going to carry on with this but i am changing my character "personality" or how ever and will no longer be doing this sort of stuff...

Okay... last time and then I quit lol, since im suppose to be have quit already.

Riddler:

So I go rob a store and a cop shows up and apprehends me, he takes me to a unknown and secure place and ties my arm up with a 5 meter rope. He puts the money from the store 6 meters away from me and says " If u can get the bag then I'll let u go free". So I grab the bag and leave... but how?
